Cancellation policy:

Cancellations affect us significantly. A cancellation, last minute especially, leaves us little chance of booking the reserved space due to the type of our business.

For this reason we have a strict cancellation policy. The client may cancel, or move their date up to 14 days prior the day of the trip.

p

Any cancellation notice within 14 days prior to your scheduled trip, a 150.00 fee is imposed unless we are able to reschedule your trip. You can replace your guests at anytime, but we cannot refund money for no-shows. Capt. Mark Franklin solely reserves the right to cancel a trip within the 30 days prior of your scheduled trip.

Weather Cancellations:

Texas weather is unpredictable, it can be windy, rainy, cold, and sometimes extreme of which we have no control. Windy conditions, light drizzle, and scattered rain showers are not reasons for cancellation.

We will consult with the client before any decisions are made to cancel a trip due to stormy weather. Capt. Mark Franklin ultimately determines the final decision. If a weather cancellation occurs, you have the option of rescheduling or obtaining a FULL REFUND.
